Sunset Homes provides a complete after care service
for your new home in Turkey, from utility bills, payment
of local taxes, cleaning and weekly airing as well as
organizing short term rentals and holiday lets.
Gold service
(£250 sterling per annum ) which includes weekly
airings through the year, alert and payment of local
utility bills, monthly close inspection for water and
weather damage, all of the services above plus four
major cleanings and garden maintenance in any one year.
Platinum service
(£150 sterling per annum ) monthly airings throughout
the year, alert and payment of local utility bills,
ad hoc inspection for water and weather damage, two
major cleanings.
Silver service
(£80 sterling per annum) quarterly visits to the
property providing airing and inspection of weather
and water damage, alert of local utility bills, cleaning
£20 per request.
